COOL!!<br />After last weekend's Bayshore marathon I changed my mind; I never want to do this again!!!! <br />I'm sure I'll change my mind after I've had some time. I run with a group on Thursday nights at Running Fit in Ann Arbor and several of the others are also running Grand Rapids and they are all starting to talk about it and getting all excited about it so I am sure that will rub off on me eventually!! I bought one of the pink shirts you were selling at the Riverbank expo and they all just LOVE it!! As long as you sandwich easy days (or rest days) in between your hard workouts. If you like a plan and it's long run is sunday, you can do it saturday; just move the work out on friday to another day if its speedwork.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
