It's my running clothes....but they are clean.... I just washed them....but they smell like I smell after a long sweaty run.
Oh dear, what's a girl to do?

- I am a runner, I've run 6 marathons and every race distance between that and 5K. I have done 1 sprint triathlon so far. I started this blog when I went back to college in Jan. 2009 at the age of 46.(thus the title, "runner nerd"!) I was the world's oldest college student! I graduated December 15, 2012 first in my class! I really was a nerd! After a long career in EMS, I needed a change. Since earning my degree, I work in a hospital as a Respiratory Therapist. I have 2 grown up kids.
